Flat Rate for families who need 4+ evaluations.
Service Description
For families with 4 or more children who have the same supervisor or live in the same household. You will need to send materials for review prior to the eval. When you book, please specify the number of evaluations so I can allot the appropriate amount of time to accommodate your family. Call to schedule more than 1 hour (<4 kids) 412-518-5773.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule you have two options. If you create an account you can manage your bookings on your own. Otherwise, please contact me at 412-518-5773. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) and no-shows will be required to pay prior to rescheduling a service. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis.
