Service Description
A basic evaluation is sufficient to meet the requirements of the law. If you would like a detailed written report for your files or have extenuating circumstances which necessitate a detailed evaluation, contact me. Prices START at $85 per evaluation and depend on the amount of detail needed. Please contact me prior to the evaluation for a quote.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule you have two options. If you create an account you can manage your bookings on your own. Otherwise, please contact me at 412-518-5773. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) and no-shows will be required to pay prior to rescheduling a service. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis.
